Get plan and usage

Your organization's plan, access state and allowance in records, with two rolling windows (5 hours and 7 days, like an AI chat plan) — used, left and limit for each. Plans with separate search and enrich allowances list them under pools (pool_of says which activity draws on which); the Free plan has a lifetime total instead. Plus what every activity weighs (meter: records per search, per exported row, per verification, per found e-mail …), rate limits, export caps and the live people search weekly limit (live_people, in company searches). When a call returns quota_exceeded, this shows which window and when it frees up.
