The tool description exactly as an MCP client receives it in tools/list — it doubles as the full behaviour of the endpoint.

Delete an endpoint (REST and dashboard only; soft-deleted for audit). Refused with `conflict` while active subscriptions use it, unless `force: true` — then those subscriptions are paused with invalid_reason 'endpoint_deleted' and pending deliveries are dropped.

Errors follow one format.
