The tool description exactly as an MCP client receives it in tools/list — it doubles as the full behaviour of the endpoint.

Your organization's event subscriptions (full stored body, status active | paused | invalid with invalid_reason, version, matched_total). No record cost. Filter by client, endpoint_id or status. Deleting is REST-only on purpose (DELETE /v1/subscriptions/:id): an agent must not be able to delete on a misread sentence.

Over REST, parameters go in the query string.

Errors follow one format.
