Create a list of PEOPLE (by LinkedIn profile URL) — the destination of a subscription's `people_list` sink: the engagers of a monitored post who match the persona land here with their title, company, e-mail and the post they engaged with. No record cost to create; adding people by URL is free (what a subscription puts here was charged when it matched). Optional `people` to seed it. Client binding as company lists.
