Every filterable facet with its type and coverage %, plus the search axes. Call this first — a facet with 0% coverage has no data yet, so filtering on it returns nothing. `jobs_filters`: the hiring / technology / intent company filters from job postings (hiring_for, uses_tech, has_intent, hiring_flag) — written inside `filters` like a facet — with whether each is available and how many companies carry its data.
