Get (and re-check) a person's contacts

The contacts of up to 25 people, with every address checked again when its verdict is older than max_age_days or never checked.

The tool description exactly as an MCP client receives it in tools/list — it doubles as the full behaviour of the endpoint.

The contacts of up to 25 people (person_ids), with every address checked again when its verdict is older than max_age_days (default 30) or never checked — `fresh: true` re-checks all of them. The new verdict is written back to the shared database (it is what the next search shows). Re-checks answer within ~20 s each, in parallel; one still pending is returned with status 'pending' and a task_id for get_email_result. Records: one per person shown; the re-check itself is free.

Errors follow one format.
