The tool description exactly as an MCP client receives it in tools/list — it doubles as the full behaviour of the endpoint.

Your organization's webhook endpoints with status (pending | active | paused | disabled) and delivery health. No record cost. `client` narrows to one agency client's endpoints plus the organization-wide ones. Secrets are never shown. Deleting is REST-only on purpose (DELETE /v1/webhooks/endpoints/:id): an agent must not be able to delete on a misread sentence.

Over REST, parameters go in the query string.

Errors follow one format.
