The tool description exactly as an MCP client receives it in tools/list — it doubles as the full behaviour of the endpoint.
Verify a list of e-mail addresses (kind='verify', items=[{email, ref?}]) or find addresses for people
(kind='find', items=[{first_name, last_name | full_name, domain, ref?}]). Background job: returns a job_id;
poll get_job, then download the results (your rows + result, found e-mail, confidence). `ref` is echoed back
so you can join results to your records. Charged per result as in find_email / verify_email.
Errors follow one format.
